System tasks that I think should be considered or that are being done
are  listed below.   This list gives equal space to major and trivial
tasks and is otherwise  distorted  to  my  viewpoint.   Comments  are
solicited.

Tasks are organized by activity and phase and in most cases have been
assigned a priority according to the following scale.
	4  Would improve efficiency, though not critical to any
	   sponsored research project.
	3  Necessary to the future completion of some research
	   project.
	2  Necessary to permit current research work to continue.
	1  Holding up a large portion of current work.
	0  Necessary to prevent a nuclear holocaust.
